Feeling Peckish – the Nibl snacks recipe ebook – has landed. After three months of nurturing, I’ve nudged this baby bird out of the nest. I’m so excited to introduce it to you!

The Feeling Peckish ebook is all about plant-based snacks for people who love to eat. It includes 22 recipes (some with variations), a discussion on mindful eating, and an ingredient information sheet. Most recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free; it’s very easy to spot which ones aren’t. Some recipes are very simple, others require a little TLC. Some sweet, some savoury. All are taste-tested and family-approved. These are delicious snacks which look great, make your taste-buds sing and energise the body. And every recipe has a beautiful photograph – because I want you to feel inspired to fly into that kitchen!
