Hey there! How are you doing on the last official day of spring (if you’re in the southern hemisphere, that is)?
I am completely spoilt for choice in terms of photos for this month’s Seasons’ Eatings recipe. In fact now that I’ve done a search for them in my overflowing food photography folders, I think I may be a little obsessed with strawberries coated in raw chocolate. Which is your favourite? I’m quite partial to the ones sprinkled with coconut or chopped nuts, myself.
I don’t have to tell you how amazing it is when local strawberries are in season – I know I’m preaching to the converted here. I’m sure my own strawberry patch would be doing brilliantly, if my cat would stop sleeping in it and squashing everything. So we’re buying our strawbs from the farmer’s market and they’re getting better (and cheaper) each week!
