This recipe booklet is the result of a collaboration between two Dunedin businesses, Nibl and Dear Colleen. It’s a beautiful collection of seasonal recipes to help you make the most of the wonderful range of fruit and vegetables available each month in NZ. All recipes are largely plant-based; most are dairy, wheat and gluten-free (or have options to make them this way) – and all are utterly delicious. Recipes are a selection of favourites from the Nibl blog and workshops – as well as many brand spanking new ones. Each month also includes a handy list of seasonal fruit and vegetables, so you’re always in the know about what’s hot and what’s not in the produce department or at the farmer’s market.
If you think it looks familiar, you’re right – it’s the Seasons’ Eatings 2015 recipe calendar – we always intended any remaining stock to be cut down to recipe book size (that’s why it says “calendar” on the front but don’t be fooled – it’s not a calendar any more).
